The Sherwin Williams Building Our Future™ new R&D Headquarters project in Brecksville, OH spans acres of newly constructed campus providing cutting-edge scientific research facilities to one of Northeast Ohio’s most prominent organizations.

Our scope included over 1,000 assembled openings of high-end architectural grade doors, frames and electrified hardware.
This included top-of-the-line Sargent™ hardware, non-combustible pneumatic products and upwards of 30+ pieces of perfectly coordinated hardware at each opening.

The hardware specification was prepared in a “performance specification” design that allowed us to flex our expertise to design the hardware assemblies to address specific operations, life-safety, security, containment, and durability requirements.
The project turned over as the most complex facility of this nature built in Northeast Ohio and is a true testament to the region’s path forward as a national R&D leader.
