Single Door

Left-Hand (LH): Hinges on the left, door swings away from you.
Right-Hand (RH): Hinges on the right, door swings away from you.

Left-Hand Reverse (LHR): Hinges on the left, door swings toward you.
Right-Hand Reverse (RHR): Hinges on the right, door swings toward you.

Pair of Doors

Left-Hand Active (LHA): The active leaf (the one with the lock) is left-hand (hinges on the left, swings away from you). The other leaf will be the opposite hand, called right-hand inactive.
Right-Hand Active (RHA): The active leaf is right-hand (hinges on the right, swings away from you). The other leaf is left-hand inactive.

Left-Hand Reverse Active (LHRA): The active leaf is left-hand reverse (hinges on the left, swings toward you). The inactive leaf will be the opposite, right-hand reverse inactive.
Right-Hand Reverse Active (RHRA): The active leaf is right-hand reverse (hinges on the right, swings toward you). The inactive leaf will be left-hand reverse inactive.
