    Pre-Installed Hardware Technician

    This role focuses on preparing and pre-dressing commercial door hardware in our facility before it arrives on the jobsite. Technicians use a variety of hand tools and small power tools to assemble, label, and pre-install components such as hinges, locks, closers, and accessories onto doors and frames. The position ensures all hardware is accurately fitted, quality-checked, and ready for efficient installation in the field, helping streamline workflow and reduce onsite labor for commercial construction projects

    Field Installation & Service Technician

    This position involves onsite removal and installation of commercial steel doors, frames, and architectural hardware for commercial buildings. The technician performs field measurements, tear-outs, and precise installations of new openings while ensuring alignment, safety, and code compliance. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and servicing existing doors, frames, and hardware—such as closers, locks, exit devices, and access components—on both new construction sites and occupied facilities. This role supports high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and efficient project completion across a range of commercial construction environments.
